ETF winners honored by XENIX at the Milan Stock Exchange
On January 30, 2024, the Berlin-based analysis company XENIX, in collaboration with Borsa Italiana (Euronext), Freedom Finance and Investing.com (Italia), awarded the winners for the best quality and most innovative ETFs on the Milan Stock Exchange.
The quality selection by XENIX, an independent ETF rating specialist, analyzes the differences between the approximately 1,510 ETFs listed on the Borsa Italiana. XENIX presented the Italian ETF awards in these three categories: Quality Assessment, New Innovations Offered and Special Awards.
The Italian ETF rating winners 2024
The Italian ETF quality winners of 2024 for bond and equity ETFs are:

Xtrackers ranks first among the best global equity ETFs (for developed markets) with Xtrackers MSCI World ESG UCITS ETF 1C – IE00BZ02LR44 – XTZ0 – and is rated with four XENIX STARS ****.
Vanguard ranked #1 for Best Global Equity ETF (Developed and Emerging Markets) with the Vanguard ESG Global All Cap UCITS ETF (USD) Acc . – IE00BNG8L278 – V3AA and was awarded four XENIX STARS ****.
All quality ETF winners for 2024 use an ESG filter and are classified as “Core ESG ETFs” by XENIX.
The AWARDS 2024 for ETF newcomer Italia
In this category of the Italian XENIX ETF AWARDS 2024, two managed index ETFs were honored for the first time last night. This price category is therefore not based on the XENIX rating, but on the innovative index concepts of its ETFs. XENIX has presented the following ETF Newcomer Awards 2024:

XENIX ETF AWARDS ITALIA 2024: Special prizes
The issuer Amundi received a special award for the “ETF twins” Amundi S&P 500 ESG UCITS ETF Acc – IE000KXCEXR3 – S500 and the currency variant Amundi S&P 500 ESG UCITS ETF EUR H Acc – IE00058MW3M8 – S500H, which is additionally hedged against the euro.
Another special prize went to the index provider MarketVector Indexes for its blue-chip index concept MarketVector™ Bioproduction Tech and Tools ESG Index as a special sector exposure index with the ticker: MVBIOPTR.
